Pidilite takes great pride in the safety of its employees in all its manufacturing facilities across the nation. Over the past Pidilite maintained manual record of the in shift Fire & Safety Officer and the First Aid officer. Any employee wants to contact the in shift Fire & Safety Officer or the First Aid officer or both, has to walk up to the notice board to check the in shift Officers name and extension number. This trend has continued even though the Time Attendance has been upgraded with the latest technology. Pidilite wanted automate the mundane manual process for checking the in shift Fire &Safety Officer and First Aid Officer. Pidilite also wanted to bring down the response time of the in shift Fire & Safety Officer or First Aid Officer.
Our Solution
Compucare with its expertise was able to rise up to the challenge of Pidilite by providing LED Message Display Board Solution Real Time Dynamic Fire &Safety and First Aid Personnel. The two New LED Message Sign Boards where installed at the manufacturing facility at VAPI, Gujarat. On each LED Message Display Board to display the Name and Extension number of the in shift Fire & Safety and First Aid Personnel separately. The supplied LED Message Sign Boards are single sided with bright red LED display, the display boards are clearly visible from an optimum distance between 25 to 30 meters and is designed to suit their factory condition.
How LED Message Board Solution for Real Time Dynamic Fire & Safety and First Aid Personnel is achieved?
· The Time Attendance software is customized to provide the option of categorizing the employees into two Teams:
Team 1 is categorized as Fire & Safety Personnel
· Team 2 is categorized as First Aid Personnel
· The attendance of the employees starting their shift is captured at the start & also at the end of their shift.
· The IN entry made in the Time Attendance machine is polled instantly by the software and saved in the database.
· Automatic query is run to update the database periodically.
· The LED Software is customized to display the employee name and extension number on each LED Message Board based on the appropriate category automatically from the database.
· The OUT entry of the employee at the end of the shift is polled instantly by the software and saved in the database.
· Automatic query is run to update the database periodically.

Remarks
Thus providing customized solution by integrating the Time Attendance and LED Message Display Board and there by automating the process of updating the in shift Fire & Safety and First Aid Personnel.
