UltraTech Cement Limited, Magdalla, wanted to translate the emission parameters and production statistics into visual indication. This visual indication of statistics will help enhance the transparency.
Our Solution
Compucare with its expertise was able to rise up to the challenge of UltraTech Cement Limited by providing customized LED Message Display Board. The custom size is 6.3 x 5 feet enables Ultratech to populate as much data as possible on a single screen. The LED Message Display Board is single sided with RED Colour LED display, the display boards are clearly visible from an optimum distance of 10 meters and is designed to suit their factory condition.
How LED Message Board Solution for Statistics Display is achieved?
· The months and previous days production data is populated in the data server
· The populated production data is displayed on the LED display by the LED software via TCP/IP
· The dust emission parameter output is given from the current indicator via RS485
· The current indicator is connected to the LED Software Server via RS232
· The input from the current indicator is sensed and the output emission data displayed on the LED display by the LED software via TCP/IP
The displayed statistics data both production and emission is refreshed at regular intervals.

Thus by providing the custom LED Message Display Board and automating the visual indication process of statistics both emission and production has enhanced the transparency of UltraTech Cement Limited.
