RCFL wanted to organize their in-plant vehicle movement with the help of visual indication. This would help the management of precise entry of vehicles within the plant. Thus improving the efficiency and reducing the error due to miscommunication.
Our Solution
Compucare with its expertise was able to rise up to the challenge of RCFL by providing customized LED Message Display Board with additional Buzzer and software. The LED Message Boards and Buzzer is tailor made to suit the unique requirement of RCFL.

How LED Message Board Solution for In-plant Vehicle Management is achieved?
· On arrival of the Vehicle the token number is assigned and registration number is manually typed in the LED Software Server
· The LED display board at the entrance only displays the following parameters:
o Token Number
o Vehicle Registration No.
· The buzzer is automatically activated when a new Token number and Vehicle registration number is displayed in the LED Message Board
· Similarly all the four lines in the LED Message Board are populated
· The Fifth line in the LED Message Board is used to display user programmable scrolling message
· The data is populated in the LIFO order, i.e. when a new token number with vehicle registration number is entered, the data are pushed to the aboveline removing the data from the first line and populating the new entry in the last line. The buzzer is automatically activated.
· The Buzzer can also be manually activated by the user
